Application
Dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) is a common solvent for many chemical reactions and is widely used in organic synthesis and industrial applications (polymer chemistry, pharmaceuticals and agricultural chemicals). Dimethyl sulfoxide can also be used in many oxidation reactions in organic synthesis.
